Commissions

Catalina Express will promptly pay commission to qualified travel professionals.

Group Rates

Group rates are available to travel professionals making a reservation for 20 or more adults traveling together round trip. Group service representatives can assist you Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (800) 481-3470 Ext. 4.

Familiarization Trips

Welcome Aboard! Catalina Express is pleased to host qualified travel professionals for familiarization trips to Catalina Island and offers a discount on boat transporation.

How to Request the Travel Agent Discount

Simply send a written request on agency letterhead along with a copy of your IATAN, IATA or CLIA card and your imprinted business card.

Familiarization Offer

• A discount valid daily, year round, excluding holidays and holiday weekends, Saturdays and Sundays prior to holidays, and Saturdays and Sundays during the months of July and August.
• One familiarization pass will be issued per year, per agent.
• Two travel agents may travel from the same agency per day.
• Travel agents will need to present their IATAN card and imprinted business card upon check-in to receive the discount.
• Payment is due at the ticket window upon check-in with cash or credit card. No checks will be accepted.
