Start off with a bang on your morning departure on the Catalina Express. Order our world-famous Bloody Mary or a traditional mimosa then sit back, relax and enjoy the ride to Avalon!

Naughty Fox 
Naughty Fox is the ideal restaurant for all of your brunch desires. Brunch calls for a Foxy Flight of mimosas paired with a menu that is inspired by the seaside locale. The Ahi Poke Nachos are a must-try for the table since this shareable is always a crowd favorite. For breakfast, satisfy your appetite with the Island Bennies, or French Toast for your sweet tooth. The mixing of flavors in the Catalina Salad will pair divinely with a mimosa flight for a lunch craving. Ask to be seated outside for a glorious view!

Catalina Island Brewhouse
Catalina Island Brewhouse is the place to be where you can sip on a coffee in the morning and cheers with a flight of beer in the afternoon. Stop by for a wake me up of coffee or tea with a savory pastry on the side. Catalina Island Brewhouse is a must-try when visiting since it is the only microbrewery located in Avalon. Pair your flight of crafted beers with their selection of pizzas such as the Islander, which is topped with jalapenos and pineapple.

Café Metropole 
Refuel your energy with a boost of nutrition from Café Metropole. Begin your meal with a fruit smoothie like the Green Machine, or you have the option to make it an acai bowl with added toppings. Café Metropole has all of the greens, sandies and house pitas to choose from that will pair deliciously with your smoothie. We recommend the Chickpea Salad sandwich for lunch with Pita and Hummus to snack on. Pack up your meal to go and make it a picnic on the beach.

Flx Biergarten 
It’s time for the weekend! Sit back, relax and enjoy the ambiance of Avalon’s first and only biergarten called Flx. Choose from Flx’s list of beers or try four different beers from their specialty flight. And of course, there’s always room for food! Snack on their version of a charcuterie board, the Biergarten Board and the Sausage Board, or taste the Bavarian Jumbo Pretzel. If you are interested in some friendly bar games, they even have a beer pong set for purchase or games like Jenga.

Topside by NDMK 
Seafood is known to be Catalina Island’s staple ingredient with it being fresh and locally caught. Experience the taste of this ingredient at Topside by NDMK from their menu of cold or hot tapas and specialty oysters. You can’t forget a specialty cocktail to go with your seafood dish. Try their NDMK Michelada or Aperol Spritz to kick off your meal. Dine outside on the patio for impeccable scenic views of Avalon Bay!

Maggie’s Blue Rose 
Indulge in beachfront Mexican food and margaritas at Maggie’s Blue Rose located right in front of Avalon Bay. Start off your meal with a savory appetizer like the Front Street Nachos or the Grilled Street Corn on The Cob. In between courses, sip on the Catalina Prickly Pear Margarita or the Organic Dulce Agave Margarita which were both named winners at the Taste Around Avalon festival. Savor in a tasty Mexican dish of Grilled Fajitas or Chile Relleno for your main course at Maggie’s Blue Rose.
