Familiarization Day Trip Guidelines:
- One Concierge or Front Desk staff plus one guest, per hotel, for each FAM date
- Must be committed to attend once confirmed
Sample of Familiarization Day Trip:
- 9:00am – Meet at the Catalina Express Long Beach Downtown Catalina Landing Terminal
- 9:50am – Boat departs for Avalon
- 11:00am – Arrive Catalina Island – One hour to explore or an early lunch on your own
- 12:00pm – Selected sightseeing tour
- 1:00pm – Short walk to Descanso Beach
- 1:30 – 3:30pm – Free time on your own
- 3:30pm – Meet at Boat terminal
- 3:55pm – Boat departs for Long Beach
- 5:00pm – Arrive Long Beach

Familiarization Day Trip is complimentary to currently employed Concierge and Front Desk staff and one guest. Participants are responsible for meals and parking fee.
