For passengers requesting Catalina Express to look through Lost and Found for a lost item, please fill out the below form completely. Catalina Express reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed item 30 days from date of receipt.
IMPORTANT: We make every attempt to recover lost items and return them to the owners. However, if your lost article is NOT found, you will NOT be contacted. If your lost item is recovered, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
